Ooh! Suits you, sir!

There has been some talk of all teaching staff at the college wearing suits. I'm not so sure about that. On the one hand, it gives an air of authority and professionalism. On the other, in HUDC, you're going to look out of place. Which of course, you are.

But leading on from the feeling that we'll be working in a building site, is the need for boots or at any rate stout shoes. But they'll have to go with a suit. Black Doctor Martens, perhaps?

Even apart from the fact that the college (and the compound accomodation) are unlikely to be finished, the roads and paths in HUDC are pretty treacherous. There are theoretical scorpions and snakes, too.
